HOW OFTEN WILL YOU GET NEW PRODUCTS IN? 

Here at The Common Room Tuesdays are SACRED. We guarantee launches every other Tuesday at 4pm PT, but are constantly sneaking in extra products in between! Be sure to follow our instagram to get sneak peeks before every release! @thecommonroomshop

SHIPPING:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

Right now we are currently shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Norway with hopes to expand in the future! Keep in mind that customers outside of the US are responsible for all customs and additional shipping fees. We now offer free shipping on all US orders $100 and over!!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER? 

Processing time is 2-3 business days. US orders take 3-5 business days to arrive and international orders can take from 7-21 days. We do not ship on holidays or Sundays. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost (see at checkout.) 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order is packaged, we send our very best owls out to deliver them. Once this occurs, you will receive a tracking number via email! Feel free to check obsessively because....same.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? 

Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at commonroom.co@gmail.com so that we can make things right!

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 21 days of merchandise delivery date. If that time period has passed or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. Before purchasing we encourage you to refer to the sizing chart on each product's description before placing an order. Please email us at commonroom.co@gmail.com with more information if you are hoping to make a return!! 

 

SIZING

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SIZED? 

Each individual product will have a size chart it's description as well as measurements and how the product fits (small, large or true to size.) It will also include the model's height and size.

Keep in mind that our tees are unisex. The tees are pre-shrunk, but could still shrink up to 5%. You can view the size chart on our product descriptions and order accordingly.
